I am a huge fan of 60's and 70' Jazz fusion. This song sort encapsulates my take on that era, with my own stylistic twist
This is my interpretation of a minor blues. I am approaching it from a Blues/Fusion standpoint and embellished the chord structure to suit my own stylistic approach.
I love this song and the music of Bill Withers. I have been studying the music of Pat Metheny and came across a serious of lessons from Hristo Vitchev called Chromatic Methenyisms. My solo approach is based loosely on his study of Pat Metheny as well as mine. The idea was not to quote either of them, rather just be myself and reflect on what I pulled from these two great guitar players.

I love 80's horror movies and the weird and unsettling sort of synth vibe that was often featured in soundtracks. This is my homage to those soundtracks with my own 70's funk fusion style twist.
